Job Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Residential Marketing Team is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, product management and key vendor partners to deliver business results through successful programs that increase participation, drive revenue and profit.

This individual will engage with both internal and external partners and should have a customer focused mindset while approaching their daily responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Under general supervision, assists in the development, execution and commercialization of assigned programs including Consumer Promotions, Salesperson Incentive Fund Program and Ultimate Comfort Advisor Contest.
  • Prepares program timelines and assists with executing key program guidelines to meet program launch dates, improve customer experience, and increase engagement.
  • Works cross-functionally with the Marketing team to commercialize programs across B2B channels which may include:
  • Dealer communication emails and newsletter
  • Internal and external communications
  • Creative development of promotional materials
  • B2B web content
  • Educational training videos and/or webinars
  • Assists in researching and resolving questions and claim escalations from the Sales Team and Dealers.
  • Opportunity to educate Dealers and Sales Team on the value of our promotions/programs at Build A Salesperson, Sales Mastery and Graduate Sales Academy training classes.
  • Assists in tracking and analyzing program metrics and performance with recommendations to improve results for future promotions.
  • Monitors industry trends and competitive landscape and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance and value.
  • Creates and maintains accurate documentation for each program.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $50k - $65,100 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

  • Requires awareness of marketing best practices.
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.
