We are offering an engaging opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in the Hospitality industry, based in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will primarily assist the team in preparing for an imminent compliance audit and manage necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in preparing for and executing a compliance audit
  • Manage necessary paperwork, including Payroll Records and I-9 files
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to ensure the integrity of HR data
  • Utilize Excel for data manipulation and analysis, aiding in decision-making processes
  • Ensure adherence to HR procedures and compliance regulations
  • Maintain a thorough approach while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary
  • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. • Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have previous experience in Human Resources administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll systems and processes is required.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.
  • The candidate should exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is mandatory.
