Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure proper recording of business transactions.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist with audits and internal controls.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and generate reports for management as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting projects and administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
