- MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Drive vehicles to designated point as instructed in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules.
Park vehicles in approved manor insuring proper spacing between vehicles Return to the van without delay to be transported to next location.
Observe all safety precautions and speed limits.
When driving vehicles to load line, verify load line number and park vehicle in correct lane.
Place work orders and/or other inserts in the vehicles as instructed
In accordance with policies and procedures, obey all safety procedures (ie., accident reporting), hazardous
communications standards and vehicle handling procedures.
Must have a spotter when backing up vehicles.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
