Job Title: RN - ICU Step Down Patient Care Coordinator
Duties: Coordinate care for patients in a step-down unit, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive monitoring. Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and feeding tubes. Perform IV insertions, administer conscious sedation, and conduct routine assessments.
Experience: At least two years of experience in ICU or step-down units. Skilled in critical care nursing and patient advocacy.Certifications & Licenses: RN License, ACLS, BLS certifications required.
Stipend Range:
Weekly stipend: $3,900 - $4,600Monthly stipend: $16,000 - $19,500
