We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Staff Accountant in North Andover, Massachusetts. Working within our team, the Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in handling all aspects of inventory accounting. This role resides within the industry, and will be based in our workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out inventory accounting duties with precision.
• Accurately process accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Manage general ledger entries and month-end close procedures.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory as part of inventory control measures.
• Use Ask Manman software as part of the accounting processes.
• Ensure all journal entries are accurately recorded and updated.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Capable of performing Bank Reconciliations accurately
• Familiarity with General Ledger management
• Ability to make Journal Entries promptly and correctly
• Experience in executing Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Knowledge of Ask Manman software for business management
• Experience in Inventory Accounting and tracking
• Ability to conduct Physical Count of inventory regularly and accurately
