Tampa family seeking full-time nanny and household manager
Overview:
TAMPA, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A warm and active family is seeking a live-out FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER to provide dedicated care for their 6-month-old and 2.5-year-old while assisting with household tasks. This role requires flexibility, independence, and a proactive mindset, as mom is a stay-at-home parent and dad works out of the home and travels regularly.The ideal candidate will support co-parenting efforts, ensuring a structured and engaging environment for the children.
The schedule is 40 hours per week with a flexible structure: Monday & Tuesday from 9 AM - 4 PM, Thursday & Friday from 3 PM - 11 PM, and one flex day (either Wednesday or Saturday). Friday night and Saturday coverage is needed for date nights, workouts, or social outings.The family values no screen time, and the nanny should engage the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities while preparing balanced, nutritious meals.
Additional responsibilities include light cleaning, bottle washing, organizing play areas, grocery shopping, coordinating with household contractors, and managing household tasks. While driving the children is not currently required, it may be needed in the future.They have a second home and international travel is expected. The nanny must be comfortable ensuring the family's cat is cared for as needed while they travel.
The family is looking for a discreet, highly professional, and adaptable candidate who is comfortable signing an NDA and maintaining privacy. They offer a competitive salary of $35-45/hr, PTO + sick days + paid holidays + a negotiable healthcare stipend for the right candidate, and all travel expenses covered.Candidates must have strong English skills, and the ability to teach an additional language is a plus.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
