Thriving 20+ attorney litigation defense firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of civil litigation experience!

This Legal Assistant will work onsite in Woodland Hills.

My team has successfully placed 2 legal assistants with this firm, and both of them are very happy!!

This Legal Assistant will support 3 attorneys with insurance defense matters and be responsible for the following:

Calendaring and scheduling
Court filings
Document formatting, including TOA’s, TOC’s, motions, pleadings, etc.
Trial preparation
