Kronos Developer

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Kronos Developer in Middletown, Connecticut. The primary focus of this role is backend development and maintenance of the Kronos Timekeeping System. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to utilize your knowledge of Atlassian Jira, GitHub, and Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your skills in C++ and ASP.NET for backend development and system enhancements
• Employ the use of Atlassian Jira for effective bug tracking and project management
• Develop and maintain the Kronos Timekeeping System to ensure efficient workforce management
• Leverage your knowledge of GitHub for version control and code sharing
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage work in a flexible, team-oriented environment
• Use Ajax for creating interactive web applications
• Develop APIs to allow communication between different software systems
• Conduct AB Testing to optimize system performance and user experience
• Utilize your knowledge of the Kronos Workforce platform to manage time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and labor analytics
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Strong background in Backend Development
• Experience in Bug Tracking
• Expertise in C++ programming language
• Familiarity with GitHub
• Knowledge of AB Testing
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in using Ajax
• Strong skills in API Development
• Experience in ASP.NET framework
