You will also be responsible for maintaining intercompany transactions and providing general HR and office support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer payroll processing and timeclock administration.
• Aid the Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant during month-end and year-end closing cycles.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions and billings.
• Provide general HR support, including benefits processing and employee onboarding.
• Offer general office support and ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Handle light collections and cash applications.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Dynamics GP for various accounting tasks.
• Ensure accurate customer credit records and process customer credit application
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing Aging Accounts
• Proficiency in using Dynamics GP
• Experience in ADP - Payroll
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
