Job Description
Commercial Construction Superintendent - Danbury, CT- Direct all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and building regulations.
- Create and manage site schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and maintain strict quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and support on-site teams to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial Construction Superintendent - Danbury, CT- Significant experience in managing complex commercial construction projects.
- Expertise in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Experience in the CT and/or NY Building and Construction Network
- A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
