Manager of Network Technology

Robert Half is looking for an Associate IT Manager! This is a Hybrid role based out of the Seattle, WA area for a non-profit focused on advancing the quality of life for women of all ages, races and faiths and their families.

This role will focus on supporting and managing IT operations for Service Desk and Infrastructure teams. You will work closely with the business units and programs to gain in-depth understanding of the customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continuing search for understanding of racial, gender and class equity demonstrated by viewing all practices, policies, and responsibilities through the lens of racism and other isms
  • Actively engages in agency-wide Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI), attend trainings, and strives for racially equitable outcomes; takes responsibility for creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming community by making room for Black/African American women girls, people of color, trans and gender-non-conforming folks, and other populations who routinely encounter systemic oppressions
  • Supervises staff, evaluates, and oversees workflow and performance using a race and social justice lens.
  • Project Management for implementation and upgrades of technology systems such as Operating System upgrades, ERP and program specific software upgrades, migration from on premise to cloud platforms
  • Plans, coordinates, monitors and implements network security measures as needed
  • Creates documentation on technical tasks for distribution to multiple audiences such as helpdesk and end users
  • Works with Program staff and Managers to provide solutions to business problems
  • Manages and configures networking equipment such as switches, routers, Wi-Fi and firewalls
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

  • Strong ITIL / Network Experience
  • IT Management/leadership of IT Teams
  • O365 advanced understanding and implementation experience
