The ideal candidate will be able to review purchase and sale agreements, draft title opinions, and have extensive knowledge in commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in the field of Real Estate practice.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions is imperative.
- Candidate will have the capacity to review purchase and sale agreements.
- Solid experience in drafting title opinions.
