A leading national general contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their dedicated Data Center team. This is a chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a company renowned for delivering complex, large-scale builds across Arizona.

• Manage all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Lead project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
• Oversee client relationships, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and manage risk, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Analyze project progress and implement solutions to address challenges proactively.

• Experiance on data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and cost management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
