We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Somerville, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memos, PowerPoint presentations, compiling slide decks, and handling other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating memos and official correspondences.
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations for various needs.
  • Compiling slide decks for presentations and meetings.
  • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling email correspondence effectively and professionally.
  • Coordinating both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining database systems
  • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
  • High level of discretion and judgment to handle confidential information.
