Yardi, a global leader in the prop tech industry, issearching for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Executive for ourCommercial Large Strategic Account team. In this role, you will be responsiblefor developing new business and cultivating strong prospect relationshipswithin your assigned territory.As a Senior Account Executive, you'll executefull sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while exceedingindividual sales goals.
What You'll Do:
- Heavy prospecting and identifying new sales opportunitiesfor a designated territory.
- Utilizes extensive knowledge of Yardi products, industry,and competition to present value propositions to clients and/or prospects todevelop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
- Identifies and develops strong relationships with all keydecision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs forevery prospect or client assigned.
- Executes full sales cycles, including lead-generation;discovery and goal setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFPmanagement; contract negotiating; licensing files and closing.
- Participates in marketing events to promote Yardi Systemsand our products/services.
- Up to 50% travel required.
Who You Are:
- Five plus (5+) years of successful sales experience insoftware or tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on enterprisesolutions and new business development.
- Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principlessuch as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, andpositioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
- Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding salesgoals.
- Active participation in marketing events to expand theclient base.
- Regular completion of product certifications and performancereports.
Helpful to have:
- Yardi domain experience
- Industry expertise in property management (multifamily,commercial or applicable industry)
- Educational background or experience with accountingprinciples

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary + commission target
