We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in troubleshooting IT issues to join a dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for PC imaging and preparation, managing the PC replacement process, and providing hands-on and remote support for escalated tickets.
This role will be fully onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
- Manage the lifecycle of PCs by issuing new devices due for replacement within a 3–6-month timeframe.
- Perform PC imaging and preparation for existing users.
- Assist with general IT support, both hands-on and remote, for escalated issues from the first line of support.
- Utilize SCCM for system management and support.
- Provide support for iPhones and Windows 11 devices.
- Maintain a process-oriented approach to documentation and instructions.
- Act as a point of contact for ticket management and resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team and jump in where needed to support various initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, ideally in a global environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with PC imaging, lifecycle management, and ticketing systems.
- Proficient with Windows 11, SCCM, and iPhone support.
- Easy-going, self-sufficient, and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
