Acara Solutions has a contract Senior Procurement Specialist opportunity at our client's Torrance, California location. This role is fully onsite with a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
The pay range is $32- 36/hr, DOE.MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate, Production Planner is responsible for all strategic and tactical activities required to ensure on time delivery to customer commitments, operations & inventory optimization.
- Work directly with Program Managers, Operations Managers, and attend program meetings to monitor schedule and part changes.
- Launches all production orders, monitors the flow of material through the production line and partners with Operations to mitigate any schedule attainment issues
- Monitor weekly shipments, assuring that production lines are achieving 100% on time delivery.
- Manage the cycle count process on programs, including creating cycle count sheets, entering data, and reconciling variances.
