Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly.
Duties:
- Ongoing coaching and supervision of employees to support them in meeting productivity and service delivery model expectations.
- Partners with and receives mentorship from EI Director to learn reflective and supervisory practices.
- Maintains a modified caseload of families, providing service coordination activities and direct services.
- Monitors, guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities.
- Works cooperatively with the EOHHS on EI related activities.
- Analyzes program data and demographic information with the goal to improve alignment of client demographics to that of the general population in our catchment area.
- Develops relationships with other community agencies and cultural organizations to build partnerships and to promote Meeting Street as a service provider and employer.
Requirements:
- Meets the education/license requirement for any Service Provider role in Early Intervention (Service Coordinator, Educator, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker)
- Experience working in an Early Childhood or Home-Based Family Service setting
- Experience in a training, coaching or mentorship role in any professional capacity
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
