PC Technician

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Execute technical and ticket support, both remotely and on-site
• Manage break/fix tasks primarily for laptops and desktops
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for various tasks and functions
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft suite
• Handle the deployment and installation of hardware and software, particularly Dell and Lenovo hardware
• Possess imaging experience, preferably with clonezilla and kangaroo for imaging
• Ensure the smooth operation of network printers.
• Proficient in Break Fix techniques and troubleshooting methods for resolving hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience in Desktop Imaging, including creating, managing, and deploying system images
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its integration with various applications and systems
• Hands-on experience with Network Printers, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
