WEEKEND INCENTIVE * EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

• We Only Do Longer Shifts (6-12 hours)
• We Train & Certify Each Caregiver

• We Provide Client Specific Training For Every Client

Caregiver Qualifications :

• LPN, CNA, Caregiver or HHA experience - At least one year experience
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR
• Vehicle & auto insurance
• A clean background (we will require a Level II background check)
• If you are an LPN (not required), make sure to mention that when you apply (will contribute to the higher pay)

Caregiver Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare, senior healthcare preferred
• Experience with dementia & Alzheimers patients preferred
• Possess an intrinsic motivation for excellence
• Punctuality is required
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English speaker
• 20 hour weekly minimum
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of Sarasota
