We are searching for a talented Pharmacist - 3rd Shift Staff
Hours: 35hrs
Shift: Night shift, 9:00pm - 7:00am with weekend and holiday rotation; 7 days on/7 days off
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities:Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy. Function as resource for Patient Care Services Administrative Supervisors and/or physicians for any pharmacy, medication or patient therapy concerns.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree in a Pharmacy program required.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Minimum three years experience required.
- A Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range: USD $69.03 - USD $86.23 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement : 7 days on/7 days off
