Job Description- Project Supervision: Overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets quality standards.
Inspection and Progress Reporting: Regularly inspecting the work site, identifying potential delays or hazards, and providing progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant- Experience Required: 7-15 yrs of transferable experience as a Construction Super.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 + OSHA 30.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Procore + all Microsoft Applications.
- Education: Preferrably has a degree in a Construciton-related field.
- Base Salary: up to $140K based on previous relevant experience.
