The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking an highly-organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level, comprehensive support to the CEO . The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with project management and tracking of key initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as required.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as needed.
  • Completes CEO's personal errands as requested.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
