This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Manage interactions with customers on the housing waitlist or those intending to apply
• Collect and organize physical documents as required
• Update the company database regularly to ensure current and accurate information
• Perform scanning and filing tasks to maintain the organization of documents
• Address customer inquiries and offer solutions where necessary
• Execute clerical and administrative duties to support the smooth running of operations
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and other tasks
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage large call volumes.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, including the ability to create documents, edit, and format text.
