Description

We are now seeking a Regulatory Policy Analyst Intern who will collaborate with the Project Director, SMEs, and other IntegrityM team members, as necessary, to define potential areas or topics for analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide input in developing and evaluating program policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and propose changes concerning the methods of operation
  • Assists in research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, data collection and management, and strategic problem solving
  • Performs legislative and regulatory analysis (i.e. regulatory summaries)
  • Assist with policy writing (e.g., briefs and memos for various clients, including advocacy)
  • Assist with business strategy development
  • Be expected to contribute to the policy and strategic thinking within the organization

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students in business, public policy, public health, health management, economics, or similar social sciences
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare analysis
  • Familiarity with healthcare law, health finance, or insurance processes
  • Experience with policy analysis
  • Experience with regulatory research and briefs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
