Production/Forklift Operator

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:-Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.-Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.-Load and unload shipments and organize products in the warehouse.-Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.-Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:-1+ yrs. of previous experience in production, assembly, and warehouse roles required.-Forklift experience preferred, must provide proof of certification.-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.-Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.-Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.-Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
