Schedule: Monday 8-2 (6 hours), Thursday 8- 3:30 (7 hours), Friday 8-3:30 (7 hours)
Main Function:
+ Plans, coordinates, evaluates and provides Inpatient Occupational Therapy services in accordance with standards of the AOTA and The Occupational Therapy Practice Act, NYS Department of Health, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals.
+ Effectively leads the activities of designated discipline.
+ Actively supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health System.
Required Job Specific Competencies:
+ The Occupational Therapist must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret each patient's requirements relative to age specific needs and to the care needed for effective treatment.
+ Must demonstrate the skills necessary to evaluate and treat injuries within their scope of practice.
+ Additionally, the Occupational Therapist must be competent in the clinical application of therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications:
+ NYS Occupational Therapy licensure
+ Baccalaureate of Science from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
+ Minimum one year experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
Pay Range: $35.00 -$45.00Starting Range: Based on Experience
