Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records
- Review and categorize credit card transactions on a weekly basis
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
- Communicate effectively with the management team and colleagues
- Utilize Netsuite CRM for various tasks as required
- Ensure accurate data entry and review of accounts payable invoices and credit card transactions
- Process invoices by dragging and dropping into the appropriate folder
- Maintain the automated processes and intervene only when necessary.
- Possess at least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Financial Services industry
- Proficient in using Accounts Payable (AP) software
- Demonstrated skills in Data Entry
- Experience in Invoice Processing is essential
- Familiarity with Netsuite CRM software is a plus
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not required.
