Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems following warranty procedures.
- Address any installation or service concerns with clients promptly.
- Maintain records of warranty repairs, parts, and services provided.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain the necessary replacement parts for services.
- Ensure customers are provided with excellent service by providing multiple solutions and options.
- Conduct preventative maintenance covered by warranties and ensure HVAC systems are operating effectively.
- Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Have ongoing knowledge of code compliance and regulations.
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $27-$32 per hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
