Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and repairs:
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with equipment, identifying root causes, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Emergency response:
Responding to urgent maintenance issues outside of regular hours, including leaks, power outages, equipment failures, and safety concerns.
  • Parts management:
Maintaining inventory of common replacement parts and ordering new parts as needed.
  • Documentation:
Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and equipment conditions.
  • Preventative maintenance:

Conducting scheduled inspections and servicing of equipment like HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
