We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our adult medicine team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our adult patient population. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as appropriate
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in adult medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care
• Experience in adult medicine preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
