Superintendent

• Large national GC whose top priority is building out their Arizona team. Growing quickly and looking to promote internally.
• Starting off by working on a $15M commercial electrical infrastructure project
• Leader used to run construction for Maricopa County.
• A lot of commercial, light industrial, and municipal work. Partnered with a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

• Supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure work meets specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the construction schedule and coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Maintain records of progress, inspections, and approvals.
• Monitor expenses to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Address and resolve issues to keep the project moving forward.
• Oversee final inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience working on large commerical projects
• Self sufficient, gives and recieves feedback, team oriented leader
