We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced marketing solutions organization on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks, leading to organizational efficiency and optimal time utilization for the CEO.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO by assisting in the coordination of schedules, arranging meetings, managing emails and correspondence, and ensuring tasks are followed upon
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation including memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and minutes of the meetings for the top management.
  • Effectively & accurately communicate relevant project information to the CEO.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners on the CEO's behalf.
  • Handle sensitive data with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or digital solutions environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
