Help Desk Analyst I

We are inviting applications for a Help Desk Analyst I role in our team located in CHALFONT, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing remote-in support for our diverse clientele, including government bodies, municipalities, and law firms. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be integral in supporting our customers with their technical needs, offering solutions for software and hardware issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Office 365 applications, including password resets and troubleshooting Outlook issues
  • Offer assistance for Windows 11 and Windows Server Support
  • Conduct workstation patching and firmware updates as needed
  • Handle basic network tasks, such as managing switches and setting firewall rules
  • Respond to incoming support calls, emails, and chat requests, providing Level 1 support
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with clients
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize support issues properly
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing unique cases and solutions
  • Continually improve technical skills and stay updated with the industry's best practices
  • Utilize your skills in 'Windows 11', 'MS Office 365', 'Hardware Troubleshooting', 'Password Reset' to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system
  • Expertise in using MS Office 365
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform password resets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide technical support over phone and email
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices would be advantageous
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Aptitude for understanding and solving complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
