Help Desk Analyst I

We are inviting applications for a Help Desk Analyst I role in our team located in CHALFONT, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing remote-in support for our diverse clientele, including government bodies, municipalities, and law firms. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be integral in supporting our customers with their technical needs, offering solutions for software and hardware issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for Office 365 applications, including password resets and troubleshooting Outlook issues
- Offer assistance for Windows 11 and Windows Server Support
- Conduct workstation patching and firmware updates as needed
- Handle basic network tasks, such as managing switches and setting firewall rules
- Respond to incoming support calls, emails, and chat requests, providing Level 1 support
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with clients
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize support issues properly
- Contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing unique cases and solutions
- Continually improve technical skills and stay updated with the industry's best practices
- Utilize your skills in 'Windows 11', 'MS Office 365', 'Hardware Troubleshooting', 'Password Reset' to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 operating system
- Expertise in using MS Office 365
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to perform password resets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide technical support over phone and email
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL practices would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Aptitude for understanding and solving complex technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
