We are in search of an Administrative/Accounting Clerk for our client's team in Lodi, California, United States. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and performing basic accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally and supportively.
  • Utilizing software to manage business processes, including customer relationships, ecommerce, and supply chain operations.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining precise records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using ERP systems.
  • Processing customer orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Employing strong ERP skills to manage diverse business processes smoothly and effectively.
  • Performing basic accounting tasks such as invoice checking, data entry, and financial reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve product or service issues.
  • Striving consistently to provide top-notch services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative/accounting position.
  • Proficient in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Experience in billing and invoice processing is essential.
  • Strong data entry skills are required.
  • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and have knowledge of Excel formulas.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is desired.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
