Job Description
The Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Wilmington will be responsible for:
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and client needs
- Generating RFIs to address field issues and discrepancies in plans
- Managing, reviewing, and tracking submittals
- Assessing design and shop drawings to understand their impact on cost and timeline
- Preparing scope of work documents for subcontractors
- Initiating change orders and soliciting bids from subcontractors
- Estimating costs and preparing detailed breakdowns for client review
- Tracking procurement, submittals, and RFIs
- Assisting with scheduling and monitoring daily progress
- Coordinating communication between design and construction teams
- Leading and mentoring a team of project management professionals

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Wilmington will have the following experience:
- Over 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a well-established General Contractor
- Experience managing healthcare or life sciences projects
- A BS in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in relevant construction software
- A strong drive and motivation to succeed!
