Job Description- Manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, focusing on healthcare projects such as MRI rooms, exam rooms, and similar environments.
- Oversee projects valued between $1M and $20M, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

The Successful Applicant- 5-10 years of experience in a General Contracting environment, with at least 2-3 years as a Superintendent.
- Extensive experience in healthcare construction, including hospital projects.
- Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a single project at a time with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Competitive base salary: $105k - $115k, with flexibility up to $120k for standout candidates.
