We are seeking an exceptional Senior Cost Accounting Manager with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing/standard cost accounting to join our team. If you are an experienced professional capable of enhancing our accounting procedures and improving our financial performance, then we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directing and performing cost audits for all company's manufacturing products and services.
2. Establishing standard costs and updating them as appropriate.
3. Managing the standard cost system, preparing budgets and performing cost variance analysis.
4. Reviewing operating expenses and implementing cost-saving strategies.
5. Overseeing inventory to ensure proper valuation and categorization.
6. Coordinating with various departmental heads in preparing budget forecasts.
7. Guide cost analysis process by creating and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques.
8. Preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven work experience as a Cost Accounting Manager or similar role.
4. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including cost accounting and regulatory compliance.
5. Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and address financial data.
6. Proficiency with accounting software and experience with ERP systems.
7. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
