Accounting Assistant (NO EXP. REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and settle invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify transactions by comparing system records with balances.
• Post customer checks, vendor payments and bank transactions.
• Participate in budgeting processes, under close supervision.
• Assist Senior Accountants in preparing financial reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• Excellent numeracy skills and knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
