• Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, time lines, budgets, and resources needed for successful completion.
• Team Coordination: Leading and coordinating project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project life cycle.
• Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their expectations are met.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about project status and milestones.

• Experience in Construction Management: 4-10 years in construction project management, preferably in commercial or residential sectors.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to time lines and budgets.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with budget management, cost estimation, and financial reporting to ensure projects stay on track financially.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and environments with a proactive mindset

• A competitive base salary between $105,000-$135,000 (Depending on Experience)
