BLS and ACLS from AHA required
ASN Required. BSN Preferred.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
Minimum 2 years (recent) Telemetry experience required.
Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam required
NIHSS required
Tele Certification required
CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours required
