We are in search of a Relationship Manager to join our team in the financial sector, based in Twin Cities. The role involves providing comprehensive client services, with a keen focus on maintaining client relationships and managing investment accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and manage client relations effectively and professionally
• Provide internal support to the office in various financial planning processes
• Offer assistance to team members unprompted, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within the financial industry
• Actively participate in sharing ideas and information on firm roles, responsibilities, and systems
• Swiftly resolve issues and admit to mistakes without delay
• Maintain a client-centric approach in all tasks, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to customer service
• Manage investment accounts and provide financial planning advice to clients
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various tasks and communication
• Handle Investments and provide client support.

• Applicant must possess at least one year of experience in a financial advisory setting
• Proficiency in managing client relations is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning is required.
• Experience with investment accounts is crucial.
• Familiarity and understanding of investments is necessary.
• Proven track record as an Investment Advisor is desirable.
