Job Duties:
- Handle online orders that customers have placed via the EnviroaireIAQ website.
- Handle phone calls from customers that are incoming as well as answer any inquiries from the website about the products offered. UV, humidifiers, filters.
- Place orders and work directly with Warehouse to ensure orders are sent out from various regions.
- Update excel sheet to ensure orders and customers are being tracked.
- Research orders the customer places and ensure the correct size filters are being sent to the customer.
- Schedule calls on Service Titan for Uv bulbs and notify install department to book technician to exchange bulbs.
- Create jobs in service titan, create purchase orders.
- Manage Email inbox from customer inquiries ensure responses are being sent to customers.
- Ensure any Peace of mind customers get sent to the proper department Managers so that customer receive their free filters.
