Accountant exciting opportunity (hybrid ) in our BROADVIEW, Illinois, are seeking an Accountant to join our team, with opportunities to work Hybrid. This is a position handling general ledger, month end close and back up accounts payable and receivable.

Salary : 75k to 80k plus bonus

General Ledger Management:

Maintain and reconcile some general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Assist in preparing entries and posting transactions.
Review and correct discrepancies in financial data.

Month-End and Year-End Close:

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare necessary entries and account reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Internal Controls:

Support the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls.

Help identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Provide general support to the accounting department.
Participate in special accounting projects or tasks as required.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile vendor and customer statements.

Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

3 plus years accounting experience public accounting or industry experience

Accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage or Netsuite and Excel spreadsheets experience.

General ledger, Journal entries and month end.

Ideally multiple company accounting
