SASS Banking Product Manager

We are in search of a SASS Banking Product Manager to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida. This role involves managing the lifecycle of banking products, analyzing market trends, developing software programs, and strategizing go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:- Analyze customers' needs and market trends to drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement production timelines across multiple departments to ensure effective and timely delivery of products.
- Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the success of the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and improve our product offerings.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
- Conduct market data analysis to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
- Assess new client product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
- Use Agile Scrum, Business Analysis, and Requirements Gathering techniques to manage projects and develop business roadmaps.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to ensure the alignment of product strategy and business objectives. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Banking Industry
- Proficient in SASS (Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets)
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong Project Management skills with experience in creating and implementing business roadmaps
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field would be advantageous.
