Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring adherence and commitment to operational, educational, and quality standards across a Catapult Territory and for establishing and managing operational strategies and plans that are designed to ensure that the Territory meets or exceeds its financial goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure effective auditing of financial metrics with Program Director
- Collaborate with Program Director to diagnose and address program’ performance shortfalls and challenges to achieving business objectives
- Consult with Program Director to assess EQ metrics and implement strategies that will result in EQ improvement
- Develop key reports for programs for EQ performance and use them to manage EQ performance improvement
- Responsible for staff development and performance management as a coach and consultant
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications- BA in Education or related field Required
- Five years of successful management experience in a multi-site educational setting
- Knowledge of state and federal education funding structure and processes Required
- Ability to analyze data accurately, execute operational strategies, and assess their effectiveness
- Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible
