Base Salary: $90-110K base, plus bonus, depending on experience

Job Summary: This position is a sole individual Human Resources contributor and will support multiple aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and more.

Key Points & Responsibilities:

• 7 plus years of progressive HR experience, in a generalist capacity, smaller environment, and experience as the single point of contact in Human Resources managing the following responsibilities every day as every day will be different areas of HR.
• Experience as a key point of contact for employee relations (Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations), providing guidance on performance management, employee compensation, satisfaction.
• Key contact working with both hourly and professional employee levels in manufacturing and corporate locations with systems, payroll, benefits
• Key contact with experience with management to address employee development, workforce planning and organizational design needs
• Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions, including interviewing and onboarding
• Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
• SHRM certification is preferred not a must
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience if no degree
