Commercial Litigation Attorney Landlord & Tenant Rights

Overview:

The Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years complex commercial litigation experience, including experience with landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA and landlord-tenant compliance and real estate. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters.
This position will handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential to this position.

Admission to the Georgia Bar is required.
