Inside Sales Representative

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customer service to our clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Inside Sales Duties- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Conduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaigns
- Follow up on inbound enquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
- Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for healthcare consumables, ensuring timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
