Inside Sales Representative

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customer service to our clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Inside Sales Duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Conduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaigns
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.
Customer Service Duties
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders for healthcare consumables, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
